Dial-Fast would like to inform customers of an important announcement affecting all T-Mobile & Orange contract and Pay-As-You-Go users
The Proposed Changes
T-Mobile & Orange has announced plans to change the way it treats calls to 07744 access numbers. From 1st June 2007 calls to 07744 access numbers will no longer be included in your bundle of cross network minutes. Instead, all 07744 calls from 1st June will be charged at a flat rate of 12p per/min.

How to use Fast-Text
Making voice calls
Simply Text the letters QCL2 to 81616 (standard network rates apply) and receive £5 credit to make International calls directly from your mobile phone at amazing rates! From your mobile dial 020 8497 4242 (free using inclusive minutes or inclusive UK-call plan) and then the International number followed by # (do NOT press ‘call’ after your International number)
To top-up your mobile on Fast-Text :
30 seconds before your credit runs out you will hear a low credit warning. You can:

Continue Talking and enjoy an undisrupted call. Shortly afterwards you will receive a text message confirming that your mobile has been charged a further £5.00 and your SimplyText2Talk account on that mobile has been credited with £5.00 worth of call credit.
OR
Hang up within 30 seconds and you will not be further charged. To obtain further credit, just text TEXT2TALK to 81616 and receive another £5.00 worth of credit to call/text abroad.

Fast-Text over 45 countries using your Fast-Text credit from just 5p!!!
Using your Fast-Text credit you can send international text messages from your UK Mobile from just 5p + the standard text rate to UK mobiles (this may be free as part of your inclusive free bundled text package)

How to use Fast-Chat
Call the £1.00 charge number 0904 971 0712 from any landline & transfer the credit to any UK mobile or landline phone. From your credited phone, dial access number 020 8497 0712 (free using inclusive minutes or inclusive UK-call plan) and then your International number followed by # (do NOT press ‘call’ after your International number).
Cost of calls to the 020 8497 0712 number can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes or will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline

Fast-Text Terms & conditions:
Ask bill payer’s permission. SMS costs £5 + your standard SMS rate. Your Fast-Text account will be credited with £5. Connection fee varies between 1.5p to 15p - depending on destination. To avoid auto recharge, hang up within 30 seconds of the warning. To stop auto recharge in future, text STOP AUTO to 81616 (standard SMS rate). Charges apply from the moment of connection to the service. Calls charged per second. Destination prices are subject to change without notice. Calls made to mobiles may cost more, unless specifically stated. Cost per SMS as stated in the advert plus standard SMS rate or may be used as part of your bundled SMSs, except T-Mobile & Orange which may cost more. Enter the international mobile number correctly at the start of your message, which should be no more than 160 characters (including the destination number and spaces). We will charge you the advertised SMS cost only, but your network
Fast-Chat Terms & conditions:
Our Fast-Chat access numbers are available from all BT, Telewest and NTL landlines, mobile phones, pay phones and other call providers. Always obtain the bill payers permission. Cost of calls to the 0904 recharge number are £1.00 per call plus any network extras. The £1.00 value will be transferred onto the landline or mobile number which you choose to credit. You may only buy a total credit of £3 per day i.e. 3 x calls to the £1.00 0904access number. The credits may be transferred to different telephone numbers. If you have an unlimited call plan or an inclusive minute mobile plan calls to our 020 8497 xxxx access number may be free. If you do not have an unlimited plan you will be charged by your provider for the duration of the call to our 020 8497 0770 access number.
All rates are quoted per minute, fully inclusive of VAT and all calls are charged per second. Charges apply from moment of connection to Fast-Chat. A connection fee of 4p applies on every call.
